WHY do I teach? (Belief & Conviction)
- To make my students skillful to take charge in the knowledge economy.
- To take my students to a higher level of thinking and learning, thereby making them employable and knowledgeable with the right skill sets.
- To foster critical thinking in my students and to convert them into decision makers based on strategic thinking.
- To orient students towards a management profession and to make them think differently in each situation, that they are in.
HOW do I facilitate teaching? (Values & Plans)
- By sharing the knowledge that I have consolidated from 10+ years’ in the corporate sales of luxury hotels and 5+ years’ experience in post graduate management teaching.
- By being a colleague and a mentor at the same time.
- By displaying patience, simplicity in processes and thoughtfulness in my behavior.
- By wholeheartedly supporting, showing positive attitude, dedication, integrity and by being friendly to my students.
WHAT do I teach? (Action)
- Courteous behavior, positive attitude and honesty.
- Strategic decision making using the concepts learned.
- Instill aspirations and passion for excellence in students.
- Concepts in Marketing and Management for post graduate business management students.
